Officers & Directors for 2025
The Lemon Bay Isles Property Owners' Association Board of Directors has the responsibility for the day to day operations of the POA in accordance with the governing documents. (Bylaws and Deed Restrictions). The board is made up of seven elected directors. The Executive board consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. All are elected by the owners at the Annual Meeting for a term of two years. There are also three directors elected for a term of three years, which are staggered so one director position is open each year.

The LBI Board of Directors meet the first Tuesday of every month during the season. The LBI POA meeting is the third Tuesday of every month during the season. (November thru April.)
