LEMON BAY ISLES POA
Lemon Bay Isles Property Owners' Association Phase 1, 1A & 2 is an association of 357 properties located in Englewood, Florida. Englewood is an unincorporated town, and all services are provided by the counties.

​​We are in the southern half of Englewood which is in Charlotte County. (North Englewood is in Sarasota County.) We are a non-gated manufactured home community with roads maintained by Charlotte County. Though our roads are public, we are a county designated golf cart community and unregistered golf carts are allowed on our roads in accordance with state law.​



LIVING AT
LEMON BAY ISLES
Lemon Bay Isles, a 55+ Deed Restricted community located in Englewood along Florida's Gulf Coast. In Lemon Bay Isles, owners own their land. Homes are on spacious lots, and many have water frontage on one of several waterways and ponds.

We are within 10 minutes of the Gulf of Mexico and within 30 minutes of four beaches, Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Manasota Beach and Stump Pass Beach State Park.

You'll enjoy shopping and dining right out our front gate. Shopping ranges from box stores to boutiques, and eateries from fine dining to food trucks.

Our social clubs are separate from the POA and are very active with many activities during the season, which is October - April. Most owners belong to the Edgewater Club with 21 owners belonging to the Lakeside Club. Club amenities include a pool, tennis, with courts that accommodate Pickleball, Bocce courts and Shuffleboard.
The Club also hosts many other social gatherings such as cards, craft classes, music and sing-alongs on the pool deck weekly, as well as monthly dances.
The Men's Club also hosts monthly dinners, bi-monthly Sunday breakfasts.

LEMON BAY ISLES
Lemon Bay Isles is part of a large development of manufactured homes in Englewood South, Florida. This development was built in several phases.
Our portion, Lemon Bay Isles, Phase I, IA & II was started in 1986, which is the year of incorporation for our Property Owners’ Association.
Most homes were installed in the late 1980’s.
